- Van Hill Added 2018-02-11★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Cheap outfit. bad attitude power trippy lifeguard and front desk kid. Came 3 hours from Kelowna, with 2 kids to get away. paid 10 buck x 3 for about 1 hour. I intentionally told the kids they don't need to bother with a towel.
I Was recently at another hot spring and towels were available for the grabbing, no questions.
Here, they insisted on another $4.50!! and they both had righteous smart ass looks on their faces happy to promote a policy that serves to piss off and alienate customers.
Indecently, there were a stack of at least 20 towels in plain sight!
I suspect after our "chat" with the manager the policy may change. What an incredibly inconvenient and rude policy. They have such disregard for their customers.
